By accessing or using Agent Greeter ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, account holders, and enterprise customers.
Agent Greeter provides an AI-powered front desk platform that greets visitors, processes check-ins, sends host notifications, collects intake information, and handles after-hours overflow. The Service is provided as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product available via web browser and tablet kiosk.
You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@agentgreeter.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Prices are as published on the pricing page. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to account holders. Free trials do not require a credit card and convert automatically to paid subscriptions only with your explicit confirmation.
You may not use the Service to:
You retain ownership of your data and your visitors' data. You grant us a limited license to process and store this data solely to provide the Service. We will not sell your data to third parties or use visitor data to train AI models without explicit consent.
We aim for 99.9% uptime. Planned maintenance will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by factors outside our control, including internet outages, force majeure events, or third-party service failures.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agent Greeter's liability for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your data is retained for 90 days before deletion, during which time you may request an export.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
We may update these Terms. For material changes, we will provide 14 days' notice by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
